	Amy Fasti Vice President
	Ms. West has lead the team since August 2004. She has over 9 years experience in the healthcare industry. Prior to her employment with PE, she served as Business Manager for Woods Services, a residential, educational, rehabilitation facility. Major accomplishments include implementation of billing software that enabled maximization of revenues, while streamlining processes to ensure efficiencies. In her current role with PE, Ms. West works with ASCs to improve cash collections by analyzing and implementing changes related to the full cycle of scheduling, registration, billing, and collections. Ms. West has earned a B.S. in Economics, and a Masters in Business Administration.

	Susan Barrila Billing Manager
	Ms. Barrila joined the team in December 2006 bringing with her over 20 years experience in the healthcare industry. Ms. Barrila served as Reimbursement Manager for various homecare companies. She has been successful in overseeing the merger of software systems and billing processes due to acquisitions. At PE, Ms. Barrila oversees the daily functions of the Billing Support Coordinators. This includes the quality review and entry of procedures, cash receipts, and adjustments. Ms. Barrila also manages a team of Accounts Receivable Representatives.

	Kat Bockhorst Accounts Receivable Supervisor
	Ms. Bockhorst joined the PE team in September 2004. With over 14 years experience in healthcare, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the field. Ms. Bockhorst leads Accounts Receivable Representatives in developing efficient processes that result in quick and accurate cash collections. She has a keen eye for troubleshooting and streamlining processes from the front desk to AR follow-up. Ms. Bockhorst has a degree in business administration.
